Kimah grew out of my involvement with the Chevrah Kadisha, the “holy society” which, in Jewish tradition, tends to the dying, the dead and their mourners. As a result, my first products have been oriented towards death. But Kimah’s philosophy embraces a vision of mortality that encompasses more than death. Our lives are a continuum in which each stage is linked to the next, and all are worthy of our compassionate observance. Stay tuned as we introduce new products that reflect this expanding framework.
